Napier Function and Conference Venue, Restaurant and Bar

East Pier was designed and built as a restaurant and bar to take advantage of the magnificent sea views. This fact alone gives us a wonderful advantage over many custom built conference centres which by very nature are very often “Box Rooms,” and “Hall Like Areas”, often underground or at least windowless.

We have 3 private rooms at East Pier, all of which are wonderful venues to hold your next conference/meeting and all of which have their own private decks and command awe inspiring views of the ocean, coastline and Kawaka Ranges in the background.

All 3 venues offer full blackout facilities for Datashow/Video presentation. We can provide you with all necessary equipment you may need such as whiteboards, flipcharts, datashow, overhead projectors and screens, lecterns, TV & Videos, or stereo and PA systems.

Breakout rooms for group work can also be provided and we can arrange team building exercises for any group.

We offer full catering packages which include water and mints throughout, morning and afternoon teas, as well as a variety of lunch options.

We can cater for any evening leisure activity from pool competitions to end of conference dinners.

On site we have 33 room accommodation all of which offer magnificent sea views.
